We balance water, we don't strip it bare

Pure RO or distilled water is a common mistake. With no minerals it tastes flat, can fail to register in your machine's reservoir, and can actually corrode the boiler. We always remineralize or blend back to a target, so you get the scale protection of RO with the flavour and machine-safety of properly mineralized water.
